Chattbot för dialog med tekniska manualer

I det här projektet agerade vi extern part och tog fram en AI-driven chattbot som ett Proof of Concept, som var särskilt utformad för att underlätta serviceteknikers åtkomst till omfattande tekniska manualer. Med hjälp av Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-teknik lyckades vi optimera sökprocessen i manualer som sträckte sig över tusentals sidor.
