  • Build first workflow.
    We develop a first workflow within 1-2 weeks to validate the concept. This can be a simple process like order confirmation or data synchronization between systems.
  • Add more processes.
    When the first automation is stable, we develop additional processes according to the prioritized plan. Gradual development gives you experience and insight into which processes are suitable for automation.
  • Test and adjust.
    We run the automation in parallel with existing processes initially. When the system is validated and stable, it can take over completely. We adjust based on feedback and observed problems.
  • Monitoring and maintenance.
